Call 999. If it is not safe to speak, call 999, stay on the line, and press 55 when prompted — the operator will know you need help without you having to say anything.

About this list

These organisations are independent of Amana. We do not fund them, they do not fund us, and contacting them is entirely private — they will not tell us, and we will not know.

Details were checked when this page was written, but helpline numbers and opening hours do change. If something here is out of date, please let us know so we can correct it. In an emergency, always call 999.
